    FOR BEGINNERS

    THE PODCAST

  • Do you want to invest your hard-earned money, but don't know where to start?

Shares for Beginners is the podcast for you.

  • Hi, I'm Phil Muscatello

I interview industry experts so you'll learn what to do, what to ask and - ideally - how not to lose money

    I'm just like you:

    1.  I want to make money from the stock market
    2.  I find the terminology confusing
    3.  I want to be able to make informed decisions
Let's learn together on Shares for Beginners

Even if you don't want to invest directly in the share market, it's important to know how investments work.

By listening to this podcast you'll learn about:

    • What's going on in your superannuation fund
    • What questions to ask a financial adviser
    • Where to invest your hard-earneds
    • Thinking for the long term

Because I'm not an expert, I ask the questions that others won't ask. My guests are always challenged to simplify and explain what is often confusing and full of impenetrable jargon.

If you get a chance, pop on to my survey page. It's quick, easy and gives me more insight into what you want to learn about. I won't be asking for any of your details so no spam!

DON'T FORGET THAT THE ONLY STUPID QUESTION IS THE ONE YOU DON'T ASK

SO LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW

"I just wanted to let you know that your podcasts have been great, so inspiring and full of information. I have never invested but am very curious and each time I listen to your podcast it makes me very excited. Your guests that come on our very passionate knowledgeable guests!
Keep what's your doing it's brilliant!" - Alice, a listener.

BUILD A BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Maybe you're like me, full of great ideas but no idea how to build a website. But look at what I've done here.

I have absolutely no coding or design experience, and I built this website all by myself. It even works on mobile!

I tried Wix and Squarespace but Strikingly is definitely the simplest to use. Try it out and let me know how you like it.

  • I know that there's plenty of information free on Youtube, Twitter, newsletters and investing blogs. But there's nothing better for cutting through the noise and clutter than a great book that will concentrate your mind and distill things of importance. Just check out how many books Bill Gates and Warren Buffett read to achieve their goals.
